Beds are made up on arrival, and towels and kitchen cloths are provided.
On request, a crib and/or high chair are available free of charge.
Barbecues available.
A barn large enough to store your own bikes and other equipment.
Garbage containers; kitchen waste, cardboard/paper, glass ... remember to sort! in the same barn.

Private parking and specific access have been designed to simplify the circulation of cars within the property.

Smoking is not permitted inside the vacation homes, neither in the guest room nor in the games room.
We do not accept pets.

We welcome you from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and a short message with your arrival time will be much appreciated.
Be ready to leave by 10:00 am.

A deposit of 250 euros will be paid on site and refunded after inspection of the gîte.
A deposit of 30% of the total rental amount is required to secure the reservation. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

If you cancel less than 60 days before the arrival date, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

Heating to be regulated according to consumption when leaving the vacation home.
